Hindi to English Translation Exercise 50… ये ऐक्सरसाइज़ Hindi to English Translation Book से ली गयी है, जो कि नीचे दिये गये “Spoken English Guru” English Speaking Course की पुस्तकों में से एक है।

सिद्धार्थ अपने पापा के साथ सहमी हुई हालत में पुलिस के पास गया, उस दिन पुलिस के साथ पहली बार उसका सामना हुआ था। खाकी वर्दी देख कर उसकी आवाज़ नहीं निकल रही थी। सिद्धार्थ ने पुलिस को बड़ी हिम्मत के साथ बोला कि उसने ऐसा कोई काम नहीं किया है, जिस प्रकार का आरोप उस पर लगाया जा रहा है। सिद्धार्थ के पिताजी ने बताया कि दरअसल सिद्धार्थ को किसी षड़यंत्र में फँसाया जा रहा है और इसलिए वह सदमे में है। पुलिस ने कहा कि सिद्धार्थ पर ऐसे आरोप इसलिए लगे हैं क्योंकि उसके ही अकाउंट से एक वीडियो डाला गया है जिसमें कि उस घटना को अंजाम दिया गया है। सिद्धार्थ के अनुरोध पर पुलिस ने उसे वो वीडियो दिखाया, सिद्धार्थ ने यह देखा कि अकाउंट तो उसी का है और उस पर फोटो भी उसी की है। वह सोच में पड़ गया क्योंकि उसके अलावा उसके अकाउंट का पासवर्ड और किसी को नहीं पता था। सिद्धार्थ ने देखा कि जिस अकाउंट से वीडियो डाली गयी है उसकी ईमेल आई अलग है। सिद्धार्थ ने पुलिस को बताया कि यह ऑनलाइन जालसाज़ी का मामला है जिसमें उसे फँसाने की कोशिश की जा रही थी।

Translation

Siddharth went to the police with his father in a frightened state, that day he had his first encounter with the police. Seeing the khaki uniform, he was not able to utter even a single word. Siddharth told the police with a lot of courage that he had not done any such thing, the kind of accusation that was being made against him. Siddharth’s father told that actually Siddharth is being trapped in a conspiracy and hence he is in shock. Police said that Siddharth had been facing such allegations because a video was uploaded from his account in which that incident was carried out. On Siddharth’s request, the police showed him the video, Siddharth saw that the account was his own and it also had a photo of him on it. He started wondering because apart from him no one else knew his account’s password. Siddharth noticed that the email address of the account from which the video was uploaded was different. Siddharth told the police that it was a case of online fraud in which an attempt was being made to trap him.
