ट्रैवल एजेंट: हैलो सर, आपने गोवा की बुकिंग के लिए पूछताछ की?
Travel Agent: Hello sir, did you enquire for the booking to Goa?

कस्टमरः जी हाँ।
Customer: Yes, I did.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: बच्चों सहित कितने लोग हैं सर?
Travel Agent: How many people are you including the kids?

कस्टमरः हम कुल 9 सदस्य हैं। छह बडे हैं और तीन बच्चे हैं।
Customer: We are total 9 members. Six are adults and three are kids.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: सर, वैसे तो गोवा में तापमान साल भर लगभग एक जैसा ही रहता है, मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप एसी कमरे बुक करना चाहेंगे।
Travel Agent: Sir, Goa has more or less the same temperature throughout the year. I hope, you’d like to book AC rooms.

कस्टमरः बिल्कुल! हम तीन परिवार हैं ,इसलिए हमें तीन डबल बेड रूम की जरूरत है।
Customer: Yes, that’s right. We are three families, so we need three double bed rooms.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: हाँ, आपने हमारी वेबसाइट में भी इसका उल्लेख किया है।
Travel Agent: Yes, you have mentioned it in our website as well.

कस्टमरः जी।
Customer: Yes, it is.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: सर, हमने हाल ही में गोवा के लिए एक बेहतरीन पैकेज तैयार किया है।
Travel Agent: Sir, we have recently designed an amazing package for Goa.

कस्टमरः क्या मैं उस पैकेज की डिटेल्स जान सकता हूँ?
Customer: May I know the details of that package?

ट्रैवल एजेंट: जरूर सर। ये एक 5 रात और 4 दिन का पैकेज है। नाश्ता हर दिन फ्री (बिना पैसे खर्च किए) मिलेगा। आप हवाईजहाज की इकॉनमी क्लास से गोवा जाएंगे, आपको हवाई अड्डे से पिक अप किया जाएगा और होटल ले जाया जाएगा। आपके पूरे सफर की सरदर्दी हमारी रहेगी। 9 व्यक्तियों के लिए पूरा पैकेज रु 90000 / – का है।
Travel Agent: Sure sir. It’s a package of 5 nights and 4 days. Breakfast will be complimentary for you. You will be flying to Goa in economy class; you will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. Your complete tour will be our headache. The complete package for 9 persons is for Rs. 90000/-.

कस्टमरः ठीक लग रहा है। लेकिन, अगर हम किसी विशेष समुद्र तट पर जाना चाहते हैं, जो आपके पैकेज में नहीं है, तो?
Customer: That sounds good. But, if we want to visit any particular beach, that is not included in your package, then?

ट्रैवल एजेंट: सर, कोई बात नहीं। हमारा इग्जैक्यटिव आपके लिए परिवहन की व्यवस्था कर देगा, लेकिन आपको इसके लिए तुरन्त भुगतान करना होगा। भरोसा रखिये, वैसे यह भुगतान भी वास्तविक स्थानीय दरों की तुलना में सस्ता ही होगा।
Travel Agent: Not to worry sir. Our executive will arrange transport for you, but you’ll have to pay for it then and there. Rest assured, it’ll anyways be cheaper than the actual local rates.

कस्टमरः तब ठीक है।
Customer: It’s fine then.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: तो सर, आप कब जाने की योजना बना रहे हैं?
Travel Agent: So sir, when are you planning to go?

कस्टमरः अगले महीने की।
Customer: For the next month.

Travel Agent: That’s great! Even, the season will start the next month only. You’ll have a good time.

कस्टमरः उम्मीद तो है। औपचारिकताएं क्या करनी होंगी?
Customer: I hope so. What will be the formalities required?

ट्रैवल एजेंट: सर, जैसे ही आप भुगतान करते हैं, हम हवाई टिकट बुक करेंगे। हम एड्वान्स में पूरा पैसा लेंगे।
Travel Agent: Sir, we will book the air tickets as soon as you make the payment. We’ll take the full payment in advance.

कस्टमरः कोई बात नहीं! मैं कैसे पे करूं?
Customer: No problem! How shall I pay?

ट्रैवल एजेंट: आप हमारी कंपनी के खाते में पैसा भेज सकते हैं और मुझे बता सकते हैं, ताकि मैं बुकिंग और व्यवस्था शुरू कर सकूँ।
Travel Agent: You can remit the money to our company’s account and let me know so that I initiate the booking and arrangements.

कस्टमरः मुझे अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ चर्चा करने दें और फिर मैं कल आपको मिलता हूँ ।
Customer: Let me discuss it with my family members and will see you tomorrow.

ट्रैवल एजेंट: जरूर सर। आपसे बात करके अच्छा लगा ।
Travel Agent: Sure sir. It was a pleasure talking to you.

Customer: Same here. Thanks.
