Good Morning Principal sir, my respected teachers, and dear friends.
प्रिन्सिपल सर, मेरे सम्मानित शिक्षक एवं प्यारे दोस्तों को शुभ प्रभात।

 I’m happy to be here to give a speech on this occasion.
आज मैं इस अवसर पर बोलने को लेकर यहाँ होने पर बहुत खुश हूँ।

We are here on the 5th of September to celebrate Teachers’ day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a legendary Teacher and also the President of India.
आज 5 सितंबर को हम यहाँ शिक्षक दिवस मनाने के लिए एकत्र हुए हैं, सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन जी के जन्मदिवस का स्मरण करते हुए जो कि एक महान शिक्षक थे व देश के राष्ट्रपति भी थे।

 This day is celebrated to thank our teachers for their guidance.
यह दिन अपने अध्यापकों को उनके मार्गदर्शन के लिए धन्यवाद देने हेतु मनाया जाता है।

Teachers are the main source of knowledge and wisdom.
शिक्षक ज्ञान और बुद्धिमता का मुख्य स्रोत होते हैं।

We are nothing without their support. They guide us to develop our skills.
हम उनके सहयोग के बिना कुछ भी नहीं हैं।  वे हमारे कौशल को विकसित करने के लिए हमारा मार्गदर्शन करते हैं।

 At last, I would like to say, we must respect and obey them. Thank you.
अंत में, मैं कहना चाहूँगा, हमें उनका सम्मान करना चाहिए एवं उनका कहना मानना चाहिए। धन्यवाद।

My greetings to the respected principal sir, teachers, and dear friends.
आदरणीय प्राचार्य, शिक्षकों और प्रिय मित्रों को मेरा नमस्कार।

I’m fortunate on getting this opportunity to deliver a speech on this occasion of Teacher’s Day amongst you all.
मैं सौभाग्यशाली हूं कि आज मुझे आप सभी के बीच शिक्षक दिवस के इस अवसर पर भाषण देने का अवसर मिला है ।

We celebrate Teacher’s Day every year on the 5th of September, paying tribute to our teachers for their never-ending guidance and support.
हम हर साल 5 सितंबर को शिक्षक दिवस मनाते हैं, अपने शिक्षकों को उनके कभी न खत्म होने वाले मार्गदर्शन और समर्थन के लिए हम उनका सम्मान करते हैं।

Teaching is a profession that requires dedication, consistency, and nobility. A teacher is a leader who enlightens his students to lead them to the path of success.
अध्यापन / शिक्षण एक ऐसा पेशा है, जिसके लिए समर्पण, निरंतरता और बड़प्पन की भी आवश्यकता होती है। एक शिक्षक वो लीडर होता है जो  विद्यार्थियों को उनके जीवन में सफलता के रास्ते पर ले जाने के लिए मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है।

 Let’s be aware that Teachers’ day is celebrated to commemorate a great teacher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He was indeed a great learned, and well-known person who had the experience of working with various universities. He was a great pinnacle in the profession of teaching. Also, he was the president of India.
आइए हम ये जानें कि शिक्षक दिवस एक महान शिक्षक डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन की स्मृति में मनाया जाता है। वह वास्तव में एक महान विद्वान और एक प्रसिद्ध व्यक्ति थे जिन्हें विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों  में काम करने का अनुभव था। वे अध्यापन के पेशे में महान शिखर पर थे। साथ ही, वह भारत के राष्ट्रपति भी थे।

When people pleaded with him that his birthday could be celebrated every year to remember him, then he added he would like this day to be celebrated as a day for teachers. And that’s why it’s known as Teachers’ Day now.
जब लोगों ने उनसे निवेदन किया कि उन्हें याद करने के लिए हर साल उनका जन्मदिन मनाया जाये, तो उन्होंने कहा कि वह इस दिन को शिक्षकों के लिए एक दिवस के रूप में मनाना चाहते हैं। और इसलिए अब इसे शिक्षक दिवस के रूप में जाना जाता है।

Teachers have a great role in inspiring our minds and channeling our thoughts into the right passage. Teachers help us inculcate values and thought processes. We, students, learn from our teachers, their way of being, and their ideals.
हमारे मन को प्रेरित करने और हमारे विचारों को सही मार्गदर्शन देने में शिक्षकों की महान भूमिका होती है। शिक्षक हमें अपने जीवन-मूल्यों और सोच को विकसित करने में हमारी मदद करते हैं। हम छात्र अपने शिक्षकों के तौर-तरीके और उनके आदर्शों से सीखते हैं।

We should always respect our teachers; their value in our lives is irreplaceable. They are the impregnable figures of one’s life and should be preserved.
हमें हमेशा अपने शिक्षकों का सम्मान करना चाहिए; हमारे जीवन में उनका महत्व अतुलनीय होता है। वे हमारे जीवन के अभिन्न अंग होते हैं और हमें उन्हें हमेशा संजो कर रखना चाहिए।

Good Morning to all my respected teachers and dear friends.
मेरे सभी सम्मानित शिक्षकों एवं प्यारे दोस्तों को प्रणाम।

It’s really an honour to be here today giving a speech on this occasion.”
आज इस अवसर पर अपने विचार रखना मेरे लिए वास्तव में सम्मान की बात है।

 As we all know, we are all gathered here on 5th of September to celebrate Teachers’ day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan; who was a legendry Teacher, the first Vice President of India and the second President of India.
जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं, आज 5 सितंबर को हम सभी यहाँ शिक्षक दिवस मनाने के लिए एकत्र हुए हैं, डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन के जन्मदिवस का स्मरण करते हुए जो एक महान शिक्षक, भारत के पहले उपराष्ट्रपति और देश के दूसरे राष्ट्रपति थे।

This day is celebrated across the country by students to thank their teachers for their incredible support and guidance.
यह दिन छात्रों के द्वारा अपने शिक्षकों को उनके अविश्वसनीय समर्थन और मार्गदर्शन के लिए धन्यवाद देने हेतु पूरे देश में मनाया जाता है।

Needless to say that the parents give birth to a child, while the Teachers play a prominent role in making that child an ideal citizen by the way of Education. Parents take the responsibility of love and care, while the Teachers take the responsibility of guiding and educating that child to become successful in life.
 ये बताने की जरूरत नहीं है कि माता-पिता एक बच्चे को जन्म देते हैं, जबकि शिक्षक शिक्षा के माध्यम से उस बच्चे को आदर्श नागरिक बनाने में प्रमुख भूमिका निभाते हैं। माता-पिता बच्चे को प्यार देने और देखभाल करने की ज़िम्मेदारी लेते हैं, जबकि शिक्षक उस बच्चे का मार्गदर्शन करने और उसे शिक्षित करने की ज़िम्मेदारी ताकि वो बच्चा जीवन में सफल हो पाये।

It’s true that the Teachers are the source of knowledge and wisdom. They guide us to develop our skills. They help us explore our potential.
यह सच है कि शिक्षक ज्ञान और बुद्धिमता का स्रोत होते हैं। वे हमारा मार्गदर्शन करते हैं ताकि हम अपने कौशल को विकसित कर सकें। वे हमारी क्षमता का पता लगाने में हमारी मदद करते हैं।

We can’t ignore their efforts. So at the end of my speech, I would like to say:  “Let’s recognize their efforts, let’s recognize their dedication, their hard work and pay respect to them.” Thank you so much.
हम उनके प्रयासों को नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं कर सकते। अतः मैं अपने भाषण के अंत में कहना चाहूँगा: “आईए उनके प्रयासों को मान दें, आईए उनकी निष्ठा की, उनकी मेहनत की कद्र करें और उनका सम्मान करें।”  बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद।
