Hindi to English Translation Exercise 63… ये ऐक्सरसाइज़ Hindi to English Translation Book से ली गयी है, जो कि नीचे दिये गये “Spoken English Guru” English Speaking Course की पुस्तकों में से एक है।

उसने अपने एक दोस्त मनोहर को फोन लगाया, मनोहर राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट में वकील था। मनोहर ने कई बड़े केस लड़े थे, साथ ही बाल क़ानून में भी अनुभवी था। प्रीतम ने बड़े ही विस्तार से पूरी बात अपने दोस्त मनोहर को बताई, प्रीतम की बात सुनने के बाद मनोहर ने कहा कि यह एक बहुत ही आम बात है, वह बड़ी ही आसानी से उस ढाबे के मालिक पर केस कर सकता है। यह बात सुन कर प्रीतम की आँखें चमक उठीं, अब उसका जोश दोगुना हो चुका था। प्रीतम ने फ़ौरन ही मनोहर को कागज़ तैयार करने को कहा, मनोहर ने प्रीतम को समझाया कि केस करने में एक रोड़ा है, जब तक उसके पास ढाबे के मालिक के खिलाफ कोई ठोस सबूत नहीं मिल जाता, तब तक केस करने से कोई ख़ास फायदा नहीं है। मनोहर ने प्रीतम को इसके बाद समझाया कि यह कोर्ट – कचहरी का मामला बहुत पेचीदा होता है, उसे इन सब चीज़ों में नहीं पड़ना चाहिए। प्रीतम ने मनोहर को फटकार लगायी कि इसी सोच के कारण ही ढाबे के मालिक बच्चों का शोषण करने का दुस्साहस कर पाते हैं। उसने मनोहर से कहा कि वह किसी न किसी तरीके से सबूत जुटा कर रहेगा, जिसके बाद वह उसे सजा दिलवाएगा और उन बच्चों को न्याय दिलाएगा, उन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा दिलवाएगा चाहे उसे खुद के पैसे ही क्यों न खर्च करने पड़े। अपने दोस्त को इतने दृढ़ निश्चय के साथ उन बच्चों की मदद करते देख मनोहर भी प्रोत्साहित हो गया। पूरे दो से तीन घंटे फोन पर ही उन दोनों ने उस ढाबे के मालिक को फंसा कर उससे सच उगलवाने का प्लान बना लिया। प्रीतम के ऑफ़िस में उसका एक अच्छा दोस्त  था, जिसका नाम था युवराज, उसे भी प्रीतम ने इस प्लान का हिस्सा बना लिया जिससे प्लान किसी भी तरीके से विफल न हो।

Translation

He called a friend of his, Manohar, a lawyer in the Rajasthan High Court. Manohar had fought many big cases, as well as was experienced in child law too. Pritam told the whole thing in great detail to his friend Manohar, after hearing Pritam’s story, Manohar said that it was a very common thing, he could easily file a case against the owner of that dhaba. Hearing this, Pritam’s eyes lit up, now his enthusiasm had doubled. Pritam immediately asked Manohar to prepare the documents, Manohar explained to Pritam that there was a hindrance in the case, until he found no concrete evidence against the dhaba owner, there was no use of filing the case. Manohar also told Pritam that judiciary and court-related things are very complicated, he should not get into all these things. Pritam reprimanded Manohar that because of this thinking only the dhaba owners have the audacity to exploit children. He told Manohar that he would somehow collect the evidence, after which he would get him punished and provide justice to those children, help them get a good education even if he had to spend his own money. After seeing his friend helping those children with so much of determination, Manohar also became encouraged. Both of them spent two to three hours on the phone and made a plan to trap the owner of that dhaba and get him to reveal the truth. Pritam had a good friend in his office, whose name was Yuvraj, Pritam also made him a part of this plan so that the plan does not fail in any way.
