सेल्समेनः Digital Store में आपका स्वागत है, सर। मैं आपकी किस प्रकार सहायता कर सकता हूँ।
Salesman: Welcome to Digital Store. How may I help you sir?

ग्राहकः हाय! मैं एक LED TV. खरीदना चाहता हूँ।
Customer: Hi! I want to buy an LED TV.

सेल्समेनः सर, कोई खास ब्रांड, जो आप चाह रहे हो, ताकि मेरे लिए आपके अनुसार सुझाव देना आसान हो जाए।
Salesman: Sir, any particular brand that you might be looking for? So that, it becomes easier for me to suggest you accordingly.

ग्राहकः नहीं, कोई खास नहीं, आप मुझे कोई अच्छा बता दो।
Customer: No particular! You suggest me a good one please.

सेल्समेनः आपका बजट क्या है?
Salesman: What is your budget?

ग्राहकः पैसे कि कोई बात नहीं है, आप कोई अच्छा ब्रैंड बताईए।
Customer: Money is not a bar. You suggest me a branded one.

सेल्समेनः ये देखिए, सर! जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि यह एक भरोसेमंद ब्रांड है। आपको 5 साल की ऑन साइट वारंटी भी मिलेगी।
Salesman: Have a look at this, sir! It’s a trustworthy brand as you know. You will also get 5 years on-site warranty.

ग्राहकः ऑन- साइट मतलब?
Customer: On-site means?

सेल्समेनः कोई दिक्कत होगी तो इंजीनियर आपके घर आऐंगे, आपको इसे सेवा केंद्र में ले जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
Salesman: For any issues, engineer will come to your place. You don’t need to take it to service center.

ग्राहकः ठीक है। शायद यह 32 इन्च का है।
Customer: That’s great! It’s 32 inches, I guess.

English Conversation continues…

सेल्समेनः जी सर। इस ब्रैंड में 32 इन्च के लिए 35000/-, 40 इन्च के लिए 46000/-, ओर 42 इन्च के लिए 52000/- देने होंगे सिर्फ।
Salesman: Yes it is. In this brand, 32 inches is for Rs. 35000/-, 40 inches for 46000/-, and 42 inches for Rs. 52000/- only.

ग्राहकः कितनी आसानी से “सिर्फ” बोल रहे हैं आप।(हल्की सी मुस्कान देते हुए)
Customer: How comfortably you say “only”? (Customer gives a little smirk to salesman)

सेल्समेनः दरअसल, यह इंडिया का No.1 ब्रैंड है, इसलिए थोडा मँहगा होना लाजिमी है। पर आप भरोसा रखिए, इस प्रोडक्ट की कोई शिकायत नहीं आती है।
Salesman: Actually, it’s India’s No.1 brand, so it’s likely to be a little costlier. But trust me sir, this product has no complaint at all.

ग्राहकः मेरे ख्याल से 40 इन्च परफैक्ट है मेरे लिए।
Customer: I think, 40 inches is perfect for me.

सेल्समेनः क्या पैक करवा दूँ?
Salesman: Shall I get it packed?

ग्राहकः जी बिल्कुल। क्या आप मुझे बताऐंगे, पैसे केसे दूँ?
Customer: Sure. Could you please tell me the payment modes?

सेल्समेनः आप कार्ड से या कैश या चैक से दे सकते हैं।
Salesman: You can pay by card, cash or cheque.

ग्राहकः जी। मैं चैक से देना चाहूँगा।
Customer: Sure, I would like to pay by cheque.

सेल्समेनः पर सर, डिलिवरी तभी होगी, जब चैक क्लियर होगा।
Salesman: But sir, the delivery will be made only after the cheque clearance.

ग्राहकः ओके, तो मैं कैश पे कर देता हूँ।
Customer: Okay, then I pay by cash.

सेल्समेनः जी सर। कृपया अपना पता बताईए?
Salesman: Sure sir, please tell me your address?

ग्राहकः A-25, Vadraha City.
Customer: It’s A-25, Vadraha City.

सेल्समेनः सर, आपने A-25 बोला?
Salesman: Sir, you said A-25, right?

ग्राहकः जी हाँ, A फॉर एप्पल।
Customer: Yeah, A for Apple.

English Conversation between salesman and customer continues…

सेल्समेनः ओके सर। मैं आपका सामान तुरंत तैयार करवाता हूँ। कृपया काउंटर पर भुगतान करें।
Salesman: Ok Sir! I get your product ready right away. Please make the payment at counter.

ग्राहकः धन्यवाद।
Customer: Thanks a lot.

सेल्समेनः सर, आपका सामान डिलीवरी के लिए तैयार है।
Salesman: Sir, your product is ready for the delivery.

ग्राहकः धन्यवाद। मैं चलता हूँ, आप कृपया डिलीवर करवा देना।
Customer: Thank you so much. I leave, you please get it delivered.

सेल्समेनः बिल्कुल सर। आपका दिन शुभ हो।
Salesman: Sure sir. Have a nice day!
