कस्टमरः मैंने तीन दिन पहले इस मूवी की 5 टिकटें बुक की थी। मेरे खाते से पैसा भी कट गया था। तो ऐसा कैसे कि टिकट बुक नहीं हुई?
Customer: I had booked 5 tickets of this movie 3 days ago. My account got debited as well. How come, the ticket is not booked?

PVR मैनेजरः आपने कैसे बुक किया सर: एप से या वेबसाईट से?
PVR manager: How did you book sir: through the app or the website?

कस्टमरः आपकी वेबसाईट से।
Customer: Through your website.

PVR मैनेजरः आपको टिकट ई-मेल से नहीं मिली क्या ?
PVR manager: Didn’t you receive the tickets through email?

कस्टमरः मैंने 5 टिकट बुक की थी। जिसका प्रोसेस भी पूरा हो गया था, पर जब मैंने ई-मेल या मोबाइल पर टिकट को फॉरवर्ड करने वाले विकल्प पर क्लिक किया, तो इंटरनेट बंद हो गया।
Customer: See, I had booked 5 tickets. The process was complete too, but when I clicked on the option to forward the tickets to my email or mobile, internet connection dropped.

PVR मैनेजरः इसका मतलब, आपकी टिकट्स बुक नहीं हो पायी।
PVR manager: That means, your tickets couldn’t be booked.

कस्टमरः और जो पैसे कटे, उसका क्या हुआ?
Customer: And what about the money?

PVR मैनेजरः सर, उसके लिए आपको अपने बैंक से सम्पर्क करना होगा, वही कुछ कर सकते हैं?
PVR manager: Sir, for that, you will have to contact your bank. Only they can do something.

कस्टमरः आपकी सेवाएँ बहुत बेकार हैं। मुझे यकीन नहीं हो रहा।
Customer: Your services are appalling. I can’t believe it.

PVR मैनेजरः सर माफी चाहेंगे, लेकिन हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते।
PVR manager: We are sorry sir, but we can’t do anything.

कस्टमरः ये बहुत ही निराशाजनक है। आपको अंदाज़ा नहीं है कि इस मूवी के लिए मैं कब से इन्तजार कर रहा हूँ।
Customer: It’s really frustrating. You’ve no idea, how long I have been waiting for this movie.

PVR मैनेजरः सर, असुविधा के लिए खेद है! पर आप चिंता मत करिए, मैं आपके लिए टिकट्स की व्यवस्था करता हूँ।
PVR manager: Sir, inconvenience regretted! But, don’t worry; I arrange the tickets for you.

कस्टमरः कैसे?
Customer: How?

PVR मैनेजरः हमारे पास कुछ प्लेटिनम सीट हैं, जो कि अभी तक पूरी तरह बुक नहीं हुई हैं; लेकिन उसके लिए आपको थोड़ा ज़्यादा भुगतान करना होगा।
PVR manager: We have a few platinum category seats, which are not fully booked yet; but, you’ll have to pay a little more for that.

कस्टमरः कितना?
Customer: How much?

PVR मैनेजरः 500 प्रति टिकट लगेगा।
PVR manager: It’ll cost you Rs. 500 each.

कस्टमरः वैसे, कुछ डिस्काउंट नहीं मिल सकता क्या ?
Customer: Well, can’t you discount a little?

PVR मैनेजरः मैं अपने मैनेजर से बात कर लेता हूँ।
PVR manager: Let me talk to my manager.

कस्टमरः जी बिलकुल।
Customer: Sure.

PVR मैनेजरः सर, आपकी असुविधा को देखकर, हम आपको 50 रुपये प्रति टिकट डिस्काउंट दे सकते हैं।
PVR manager: Well sir, seeing your inconvenience, we can offer you a discount of Rs.50 on each ticket.

कस्टमरः  धन्यवाद। मैं लेना चाहता हूँ।
Customer: Great! I want to go for it.

PVR मैनेजरः कृपया 5 टिकट के ₹ 2250/- का भुगतान कर दीजिए।
PVR manager: Please pay Rs. 2500/- for 5 tickets.

कस्टमरः ये लीजिए पैसे।
Customer: Here is the money.

PVR मैनेजरः ये रही टिकटें। धन्यवाद सर।
PVR manager: Here are the tickets. Thank you, sir.

कस्टमरः आपका स्वागत है ।
Customer: Welcome.
