Shipping Policy

For Offline products:

As per our shipping policy, you will receive the product within 5-7 working days depending on your location through one of our empaneled courier partners, i.e., DTDC, Shiprocket, etc.  Once the order is shipped, you receive the order tracking details on your email ID; if in case you don’t receive it, please email us at spokenenglishgurucourses@gmail.com. We’re always there to help you and provide you with the solution within maximum 24-48 working hours.

For Online Courses & PDF e-Books:

There is no shipping required in online courses and PDF e-books because they are digital products and just require login credentials to access the course or e-books; if in case you don’t receive the access immediately upon joining; don’t worry at all, please email us at spokenenglishgurucourses@gmail.com, our team will do the needful within maximum 24-48 working hours.
