Customer care: Good morning, this is Neha. How may I help you?
प्रतिनिधि : नमस्कार, मैं नेहा। मैं आपकी किस प्रकार सहायता कर सकती हूँ?

Caller: Hello, I have some queries related to the phone I ordered a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday.
कॉलर: हैलो, मेरे पास एक हफ्ते पहले ऑर्डर किए गए फोन से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्न हैं। ये कल डिलीवर होना था।

Customer care: Okay, sir. Would you be kind enough to tell me your order number?
प्रतिनिधि : ठीक है, सर। क्या आप मुझे अपना ऑर्डर नंबर बता सकते हैं?

Caller: Yes, it is 3JXPP66650.
कॉलर: जी हाँ, 3JXPP66650।

Customer care: Sorry, sir. The package is stuck at custom clearance at Indira Gandhi international airport. It will be delivered after the lockdown gets over.
प्रतिनिधि: सॉरी, सर। पैकेज इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर कस्टम क्लीयरेंस पर अटका हुआ है। यह लॉकडाउन के बाद डिलिवर होगा ।

Caller: Can there be any possibility?
कॉलर: क्या कोई सम्भावना हो सकती है?

Customer care: I’m sorry, sir but the delivery of products from outside the country has been put on a temporary hold. If any new information comes up, the store will notify.
ग्राहक सेवा: मुझे क्षमा करें, सर, लेकिन देश के बाहर से उत्पादों की डिलीवरी अस्थायी होल्ड पर रखी गई है। यदि कोई नई जानकारी सामने आती है, तो स्टोर आपको सूचित करेगा।

Caller: Okay, thank you.
कॉलर: ठीक है, धन्यवाद।

Customer care: Thank you for calling customer care. We hope you have a good day.
